Pre-order Info

PRE-ORDER INFO

Our new releases are pre-orders, and the item will have the tag and a "Pre-Order" button to add to cart.

The estimated shipping date can be found in the item description, and will be updated frequently on our "Pre-Order Updates" tab at the top of our site. The date displayed is an estimate of when the product will be in stock and shipped to you, and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is being prepped for shipment. The order has not shipped until the tracking updates and shows it is in transit. 

We kindly ask customers who have strict deadlines or can not wait long periods of time for their orders to choose from our collection of in-stock items instead. 

CANCELLATION 

You can cancel your pre-order at ANY anytime. However, once you receive an email notification saying it is in shipping, we cannot cancel your pre-order anymore as the item has already been made and packaged. 

You may request to change your product size, shipping address, or add products to your order at anytime before your preorder has shipped. 

You may also request to change products if they are the same or higher price. You just have to pay the difference.
