Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds as every item is made to order. We may allow size exchanges, but the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. The original item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please submit a request within a week of delivery to with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
