SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping

We ship worldwide but we have stopped shipping to a selected number of countries due to frequent lost packages. Please enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to you. If your address does not allow you to checkout, please contact help@sparktrendz.com and we can try to manually place your order. 

FREE shipping (3-5 business days) for U.S. orders over $75. 

For international customers, please order through our EU website. You will receive your products faster and receive cheaper shipping rates. All duties/taxes are covered. 

Delivery 

Please expect a processing time of 2-3 days for in stock items. For preorder items, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed so we do not suggest ordering items needed for a strict delivery date. Delivery couriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes so please provide actual address. A valid street address is required. For any delivery delays or updates, please contact the courier. 

Shipping Protection 

We offer shipping insurance at checkout for as little as $1.00. Your package will be covered from any Damage, Loss, and Theft. Get peace of mind when you select Shipping Protection at checkout, and receive a replacement should anything happen to your order in transit! This does not cover:

• Missing packages or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information
• Orders stuck in customs, we can not be held responsible for customs delays or fees
• If you are unsatisfied with your product. If this is the case, please see our return/refund policy.

Should you choose not to select Shipping Protection, we are not responsible for any damage, stolen packages, or misdeliveries.
