We do not offer returns or refunds as every item is made to order. We may allow size exchanges, but the customer will responsible for covering the shipping costs. The original item has to be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you must submit a request within a week of delivery to email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
